There is a $100.00 minimum on all work orders and a $25.00 minimum on any one
area cleaned. The prices below include any pre-treatment needed as well as basic deodorizer. Also ,there are no extra charges for wool carpeting!

Furnished room -Traffic areas cleaned only
  pre-spray/deodorizer included 
 .25 cents per square foot $25.00 minimum (good for most bedrooms)

example 10 x 10 room = $25.00

Empty Room
  pre-spray/deodorizer included
 .30 cents per square foot $25.00 minimum

example 10 x 10 room = $30.00

Furnished room -most furniture moved
  pre-spray and deodorizer included
 .35 cents per square foot $25.00 minimum (good for family and living rooms)

example 10 x 10 room = $35.00

We also clean area rugs -on site only- call for pricing.
