Carpet Steam Cleaning - Residential First we will inspect carpeting to
see where -if any- the problem areas are and if needed a
heated pre-treatment will be sprayed onto carpeting. A carpet cleaner/emulsifier - used to form a bond
with the soil/contaminants- is applied and extracted
simultaneously with a tool called a "wand".
The combination of the heated carpet cleaning agents,
pressure from the cleaning solution and vacuum produces
excellent results. Since this carpet cleaning machine is extremely powerful, your carpeting may be
completely dry
in as little as three hours!
Low Moisture/VLM - Dry
Carpet Cleaning Originally intended for
commercial carpet cleaning because of its quick drying time, has
now become quite popular over the last few years for
residential carpet cleaning. We can clean area rugs and wall to wall carpeting
with this method and unlike some other "dry" cleaning
methods out there, that use a heavy (up to 150 lbs)
rotary machines, ours lifts the fibers rather than
spinning them and possibly causing distortion to the
nap! The
carpet is sprayed with an organic/bio-based
encapsulation cleaner and then brushed with a cylindrical
machine. The carpet cleaners we use for this method are
remarkable in that they do not leave any sticky dirt
attracting residue behind. The dirt will actually
crystallize/encapsulate and then can be dry vacuumed
afterwards. This method, on its own, is not recommended
for carpeting in need of a deep cleaning and rinsing.
Dual Method
Carpet Cleaning - Deep Carpet Cleaning If your carpets have not been cleaned in a while
and/or have heavily soiled
areas/traffic patterns this is
the carpet cleaning for you! A heated pre spray is applied and agitated
into carpeting with our low moisture cleaning unit. We
then follow up with a hot steam rinse using an organic
carpet cleaner. This will
thoroughly flush out all contaminants from the carpeting
leaving them completely cleaned and sanitized. The
machine used for agitation has a brush system like that
of a upright vacuum cleaner, providing a more thorough
and safer scrubbing. The rotary type scrubber - which is
what a lot of "dry" carpet cleaning and "rotary/roto"
cleaning services use - can distort your carpet pile
with its fast spinning on the carpet pile!
Area Rug Cleaning

that their area rugs may be cleaned right in their home.
We are able to clean a wide variety of rugs by using
proper ph balanced cleaning solutions, a special
wand with a "glide" and controlled heat. If your carpet
is in good shape and your looking to maintain it then we
can help! If we can not clean your rug in your home, we can make
arrangements to have it picked up and cleaned by one of
our rug cleaning vendors. They will wash your rug by hand
and not put it into a automated machine which can cause
